This course equips managers and supervisors in construction environments with the knowledge and skills to recognize, address, and help prevent drug and alcohol abuse on the job. Participants will explore the risks substance abuse poses to safety and productivity, learn about relevant laws and company responsibilities, and develop strategies to manage situations involving impaired employees professionally and lawfully.
