3. Organizational and Employer Access

If your access to the LMS is sponsored by an employer or organization (the “Account Sponsor”), please be aware that authorized administrators within that organization have access to your training data. This includes your progress, test results, and completion certificates. Clever Solutions, Inc. provides this access to help organizations manage their safety compliance and training requirements.

We implement rigorous security measures to protect the integrity of your training records:

We retain training records for as long as your account remains active or as required by the Account Sponsor to verify safety training compliance. Upon the termination of a contract with an organization, data will be handled in accordance with the organization’s instructions and our internal data destruction policies, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use a limited number of trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and email delivery services) to operate the LMS.
